Natalie Dickman's Bio:

I am a sophomore at Indiana University, studying Apparel Merchandising and Business. While studying Apparel Merchandising at Indiana University I have developed skills from taking retail math, manufacturing, and textile classes, as well as more knowledge and passion for the retail industry. Taking business classes has expanded my abilities in accounting, marketing, and computer programs such as excel. Last summer I interned at Bella Bridesmaids in Indianapolis, and I was able to use many of the skills I have acquired while in school. Working at Bella Bridesmaids also allowed me to develop customer service skills because all of the sales come from personal appointments with the customers. I also had experience working with various vendors to select products for our stores, as well creating displays of products within the store. While at Indiana University I have also become involved in The Beta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, Indiana Student Foundation, Indiana University Dance Marathon, and Retail Studies Organization.

-Participated in the purchase of new merchandise for the store -Re-merchandised and organized the store weekly in order to keep up with new merchandise, and keep the layout of the store unique -Styled mannequins throughout the store to promote the clothing and accessories to inspire our customers -Posted new merchandise, styled mannequins, and events on social media in order to promote the store
